Building restaurant businesses,
Sharing profits with the community
Sehem aims to use funds raised through SHM sales to start restaurant businesses or take over existing ones.
The portion of business profits set aside for sharing is distributed in USDT to users who stake SHM. Your share is calculated from the amount of SHM you stake and how long it stays staked.

1. Where does SHM fit in?
A way to join the community
SHM is the token used on the Sehem platform. You can buy it, send it to another wallet, stake it, or put it up for sale.
You do not need to buy a whole SHM. You can participate with fractional amounts that suit your budget.
SHM ownership and reward eligibility
Holding SHM in your wallet and staking it are different. To participate in rewards funded from business income, you need to stake your SHM.
The site’s “ownership share” shows your proportion of total SHM supply; it is not, by itself, a legal certificate of ownership in a business.
2. How do you buy SHM?
Project sale
The project’s sale price is set at 1 SHM = 1,000 USDT . This price is fixed for project sales, which carry no platform fee.
The initial supply is 1 SHM. Newly issued SHM is initially held in closed stock; the administrator may release all of it or a selected amount for sale.
A market created by users
Users can trade at their own prices on the separate market page. Prices there are formed by user orders and may differ from the project sale price.
The project’s fixed sale price does not mean users can resell SHM at the same price or that the project will buy it back.
3. Participate in rewards by staking
Both amount and time count
Staking means depositing your SHM into the reward-sharing system. There is no minimum 30-day holding period. Even a short staking period can earn the corresponding share of rewards.
The calculation is based on SHM amount × time staked. Two wallets staking equal amounts for equal periods earn equal shares.
For example, if one person stakes 50 SHM for 20 days and another stakes 50 SHM for 5 days, with no other participants, a 100 USDT reward is split 80 to the first and 20 to the second.
No fixed return is promised
Rewards are limited to the amount funded into the system. Staking does not guarantee a daily income or a fixed rate of return.
4. How are rewards distributed?
From businesses to the reward pool
In the intended model, business profits designated for sharing are deposited into the reward system as USDT.
A closing snapshot is taken for each distribution. It records the accumulated staking amounts and durations used to calculate each user’s share.
Withdraw your earnings when you choose
Calculated rewards accumulate in your profile. You do not need to withdraw everything at once; you can transfer any available amount to your wallet.
Claiming rewards does not automatically withdraw your staked SHM. Your SHM stays staked until you withdraw it.
Small rounding remainders
Small remainders caused by token precision are retained in the pool and included in the next reward distribution.
5. Unstaking and the charity system
Penalty-free withdrawal window
For 24 hours after a reward distribution, staking withdrawals are penalty-free. Outside this window, the withdrawn SHM amount is subject to a 10% deduction .
Before withdrawing, you can check the current status and any remaining penalty-free time on the page.
What happens to deducted SHM?
Deducted SHM is neither burned nor transferred to the administrator. It is automatically staked permanently on behalf of the charity treasury.
Rewards earned by this SHM are set aside to help stray animals. The charity treasury has no SHM partnership limit.
6. Trading on the open market
Users set the price
You can offer your SHM at a price you choose or buy from existing orders. SHM remaining in project stock does not stop users from trading with each other.
A limit order waits for your chosen price or a better one. A market order trades against available orders; it may fill at several prices or only partially if there are not enough matching orders.
Order priority and fees
Orders match by price first, then by arrival time at the same price. You can cancel any unfilled portion of an open order.
For each completed trade, both buyer and seller pay a 0.5% USDT fee . This income goes to the charity treasury and does not count toward the reward threshold for new SHM issuance.
7. How is new SHM issuance limited?
Rewards before growth
The administrator cannot mint unlimited SHM at will. New issuance requires both the round’s reward target to be met and all open and closed project stock from the previous issuance to be sold.
SHM remaining in closed stock also blocks new issuance.
A staged reward target
The reward requirement is based on the last issued SHM batch at the fixed price of 1,000 mUSDT per SHM. Until total supply reaches 256 SHM, the rate is 5%. It then becomes 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, remaining at 100% thereafter. Excess rewards carry forward to later productions.
In a full-growth example:
- After the initial 1 SHM, 50 mUSDT in rewards is needed for new issuance.
- After the next 1 SHM issuance, the next reward target is again 50 mUSDT.
- When total supply reaches 256 SHM, the next production requires 25,600 mUSDT in rewards and issues 204.8 SHM.
Rewards used to meet a threshold are not counted again; any excess carries forward to the next round.
Every round has an issuance cap
Issuance follows the contract stage. Until total supply reaches 256 SHM, new issuance equals 100% of existing supply; then 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, and 5% for all later productions. New SHM enters closed stock; the administrator opens sales separately.
8. Invitations and presales
Early access for the existing community
When the administrator opens an invitation period, wallets staking any amount of SHM at that moment gain invitation rights. Unstaking later does not remove rights already earned for that round.
The administrator sets the general invitation quota. Specific wallets may be assigned a different total quota.
Invite a friend
Use the invitation section to invite a wallet address. An address that already holds SHM or has already been invited in that round does not consume your quota.
The administrator sets invitation and presale durations separately and can extend an active period. Eligible stakers and invitees can buy during the presale; sales may then open to everyone.
The administrator can pause, resume, or end these stages early, or skip invitations and launch a public sale directly.
9. Partnership limits
The standard limit is 5%
Until total supply reaches 256 SHM, the standard purchase limit is 5%; any assigned personal limits are preserved. Once 256 SHM is reached, everyone’s limit permanently becomes 100%. SHM in your wallet, staking, and sale escrow counts together.
Staking or listing SHM does not free up your limit to make additional purchases.
Exceptions are explicit
The administrator can adjust individual wallet limits. The founder’s wallet has a 100% limit; stock and required system addresses are exempt from ordinary wallet limits.
This limit applies per wallet. It does not, by itself, prevent one person from using several wallets.
10. Privately agreed swaps
Making large transfers easier
The private swap system helps holders transfer some or all of their SHM to agreed buyers. A sale can be split among multiple buyers.
Users with an assigned partnership limit above 5% can create offers for their own SHM. Each buyer’s full name and Telegram details are privately registered and confirmed by that buyer before payment. The seller escrows SHM and buyers purchase independently. SHM and USDT settle atomically.
Separate from the market
Private swaps have no platform fee. A buyer’s normal limit does not block the trade. After settlement, their permanent partnership limit rises if needed to cover their new total share; a higher existing limit is not reduced. The administrator can later raise or lower that limit.
These trades are not included in the market chart, but remain publicly visible on the blockchain.
11. The community’s voice
Considering questions together
The administrator and authorized moderators can open polls about business plans, budgets, or suggestions from the community.
Options are defined separately for each poll. In the test version, polls last 1 hour .
One wallet, one vote
Eligible wallets holding SHM at the poll’s snapshot each receive one vote. Holding more SHM does not provide more votes.
These polls express the community’s views; they do not automatically authorize spending or transfer funds.
12. Transparency in the charity treasury
Two separate income sources
The charity treasury tracks income from penalty SHM staking and market fees separately. Its staking rewards count toward the new-issuance reward requirement; market fees do not.
On-chain records, real-world follow-up
The administrator may send accumulated USDT to an address chosen for charitable purposes. Transfers are visible on-chain; receipts and activity reports are also needed to demonstrate that aid reached its intended destination.
13. Administration and security
Understanding permissions is part of transparency
Opening sales, funding rewards, assigning moderators, and adjusting individual limits are handled through the administrator panel.
An administrator transfer requires approval from the previously designated independent guardian wallet and acceptance by the new administrator.
Open source, visible rules
The system uses OpenZeppelin components as a foundation. Sehem-specific rules are developed and tested separately. This does not mean OpenZeppelin has audited the project or guarantees its security.
The current test version allows contract upgrades. Before a real-world launch, the scope of these powers, auditing, and security processes will be explained separately.
14. Testing today, preparing tomorrow together
The platform currently runs on the Sepolia test network. SHM and mUSDT are used for testing and have no real monetary value.
At this stage, our goal goes beyond making buttons work. We want to test the rules together, simplify unclear areas, and build a sound foundation for real businesses.
Sehem does not aim to promise quick riches. We want to develop a model that lets us share over time in the value produced by businesses built together.
We are starting small. Together, we will shape what comes next.
“Take a breath. A better future begins when we no longer have to carry the entire burden alone.”
Together, for our little friends

Quick answers
Your
questions
Understand the model before joining.
Are real funds being used right now?
No. This version runs on Ethereum Sepolia. SHM, mUSDT, and Sepolia ETH are used for testing and have no real monetary value. The administrator can upgrade the V3 test contracts.
Does the staking ranking show my reward share?
No. The ownership share column shows SHM in your wallet, staking, and unfilled orders as a share of current supply. Reward calculations also include time staked. Two people with the same current stake may earn different rewards because they staked for different periods.
How is ownership share calculated?
Total SHM holdings include SHM in the wallet, staking, and unfilled orders. Ownership share is this total divided by current SHM supply, multiplied by 100. For example, owning 10 SHM out of a 200 SHM supply gives a 5% share.
How do I withdraw rewards and SHM?
You can withdraw any positive amount of accumulated mUSDT rewards from your profile. Unstaking SHM is a separate action. SHM withdrawals are penalty-free for 24 hours after a reward distribution and incur a 10% deduction at other times.
How do trading and new issuance work?
Project stock has a fixed price of 1 SHM = 1,000 mUSDT. On the open market, users set their own prices; both buyer and seller pay a 0.5% fee. New issuance requires the reward threshold to be met and all open and closed project stock to be sold. Newly issued SHM remains in closed stock until the administrator releases it.
